I took my conscience out to lunch one day in
an attempt to make her loosen her grip on me;
I went into the detail as why she should
and she nodded her head as if in agreement.
I was pleased with the outcome how she
finally saw things in way of my thinking;
Then she straightened herself and made me
look right into her eye to see my reflection.
She went on rampage telling me about humanity,
reality, fantasy and a lot of other things.
Her words were fierce and braided together
that became a whip determining to wake me.
I hope one day for her tongue to murder her
while she's in sleep, but I've got to admit
she cares about me enough to voice her opinion.
