Firethorn's Den

Hamlet Soliloquy Parody

To grab, or not to grab- that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler to leave the donuts and suffer
The absence of delicious dough a baker can deliver,
Or to take arms against the unwarranted wants,
And by opposing end them. To lick- to eat-
No more; and by exercising our wills we end
The heartache, and the extra pounds of flesh
That a body is heir to. 'Tis a consummation
Unwillingly to be wish'd. To lick- to eat.
To lick- perchance to taste: ay, there's the rub!
For in the bliss of devouring what ecstasy may come
When we have shuffled off the said donuts,
Must make us feel the loss. There's the respect
That makes calamity of so long the unrequited hunger.
